They finished our basement, (including adding a full bath), replaced all of the floors in our house, and painted the entryway. Tyler was easy to communicate with and flexible when I added last minute requests (like changing our light fixtures and fixing our gate lol). Tyler runs his business with integrity - our final contract ended up being several thousand less than the initial estimate, even though we had already agreed to move forward with the initial estimate cost. And just when I was about to send the final payment at the very end, he made some adjustments and saved us a couple hundred more bucks. His team was also super attentive to my dogs any time they were at the house when we were gone - greeted them in the morning so they knew who was in the basement, made sure they had water if they were outside, etc. Just an overall amazing group of guys. Forum Construction is the ONLY company we will ever use in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Beautiful craftsmanship, and they stand behind their work! The pricing was also reasonable.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We just had Tyler and his team replace the deck in my backyard. They were all a pleasure to work with. They did excellent work at a great price! I highly recommend them, and I definitely plan to use them for my future remodeling projects.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The reviews for Forum don’t lie! We had Jason and Jeremy install some new vanities plus a toilet, plus re-do some interior doors that were in bad shape. We are completely pleased with the workmanship, how clean they left things after each day, how quickly they made adjustments when needed (one vanity top arrived cracked), how Jason worked well with our quirky older house with its weird plumbing, and how cheerfully and hard they worked. Absolutely recommend them for any project, large or small!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great company to work with! He holds his subcontractors to high standards and has no problem having them come back out if needed, though this is a rare need. He has high integrity, you can trust him to get the job done.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Tyler and his team were awesome. He gave us multiple options for our house as we were figuring things out. We had them do all our windows and back sliding door as well as a full shower remodel. We had a small closing issue with the back sliding door and they came out the next day and made it right. His entire team was great and we will for sure be calling them for our next projects.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
